In our guest house classified 3 ears Gîtes de France , come and discover its unique 90m2 patio with a Gaudi- style fountain in its center. When the season permits , homemade breakfasts are served in our "" Catalan patio "". Our 3 bedrooms have quality bedding and each has private bathrooms. Each room has its decoration based on "slices of life" of the owners and also has an independent entrance, a terrace and a view of the Albères massif.

If you want to hike and/or visit the Pyrénées Orientales Department then Marion is there to advise you.From our guest house, access to numerous hiking or mountain biking trails in the Massif des Albères and towards the Vermeille coast ( Argelès sur mer , Collioure , Port Vendres , Banyuls , Cerbère ). 1km from our house, you can visit the Valley of the Turtles and the Sorède Solar Oven and the Hackberry Wood Whip and Crop Factory.
The house, its patio and the living rooms
Our charming guest house can accommodate 10 people. Our 3 air-conditioned rooms are arranged around an unusual patio . The price of the night varies between €80 and €100 for 2 people with breakfast. We accept ANCV holiday vouchers. Arrival is between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. and departure before 11 a.m. We are open all year round. You have access to our heated swimming poolfrom May to September (10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. in high season). You have free WiFi internet access in all rooms and on the TV . We provide you with baby equipment.
Access to our house in Sorède is either from the Spanish motorway from Le Boulou or from Perpignan in the direction of Argelès sur mer and Collioure.
We do not do table d'hôtes but you have a kitchenette and there are 5 restaurants in the village of Sorède (less than 1 km from your rooms). We do not accept our animal friends in guest rooms.
The Patio and its fountain
Our house is contemporary and dates from 1972. It is built around a large patio of 90m2 in which we serve the Homemade breakfasts (8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.). In case of bad weather we retreat to the kitchenette (where you can prepare snacks). The entrance hall is made up of 2 rooms: one on the ground floor with a relaxation and games area for young and old, the other upstairs with a library (novels, tourist documents).
Our 2 lodgings
Our 2 gîtes " L'arbousier " or " Le Micocoulier " are located on our AlPati property next to our guest house where our swimming pool is located.
The 2 gîtes face South/East with a view of the Albères Massif (hikes from the gîtes). The beaches of Argelès sur mer are 7km away.
They are each equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, hob, refrigerator, TV, WiFi, etc., air conditioning in the bedrooms, heating , garden furniture, barbecue and have private parking .
The garden and the swimming pool
Our swimming pool heated from May to September (9m long by 4m wide) is located in a large enclosed garden with trees with a view of the Albères massif which plunges into the Côte Vermeille . You can relax in the deckchairs by the swimming pool or play pétanque or ping-pong. A table football located on the patio is also available to our guest rooms.
You can picnic in the shade of a pergola.
